Who We Are
Green Zone International and DGB GROUP have teamed up for carbon offset projects in Cameroon
A limited liability company registered in Cameroon and Kenya.
The mission of Green Zone International Cameroon is to expand green areas and help communities to create income streams for sustainable development. GZI provides opportunities for partners (investors) to offset their emissions while using resources from those investors to improve the lives of people in communities where its activities are taking place.

Together with DGB Group, GZI seeks to create harmony between nature, biodiversity, and people. We contribute to efforts to restore nature and capture carbon emissions, helping to create a more sustainable future.
Green Zone Ltd
The goal of GZI is to engage and support farmers, plantation owners and communities in plantation activities that increase the green cover and enhance sustainable and social development and to provide opportunities for them to reduce their impact on climate and biodiversity.
We have started the process of planting millions of trees (mostly high-value fruit and nut trees) in Cameroon. We will provide seedlings to farmers, support them in various ways to ensure that the trees grow. Since most of these trees are grafted trees, they will start harvesting by year 3. The fruits and nuts from the trees belong to the farmers. We will give them an option of selling the produce from their farms, at market price, and transform them.
We also plan to manufacture and distribute thousands of energy-efficient cookstoves to help push down the needs for fuelwood.
The communities will not only benefit from part of the carbon credit but will also receive part of the proceeds from the sales of the transformed products.
